The session node prioritizes providing the media node that is currently using the least amount of network traffic to minimize E2E latency between the client SDK and the media node. Media nodes periodically send their current network usage to the session node. The traffic usage includes both TX/RX of the user stream and TX/RX of RTP forwarding between the media node and the session node.
